How do I change my recording? | Here are the steps: - Log into your NameDrop Dashboard - https://user.namedrop.io/login
- On the left of the page, you'll see "Your Name Recording"
- Click "Record" and start recording
- Note: you might need to "Allow" Microphone access if you haven't done so already
- Click "Submit" once you are happy with the new recording

Why can't I record? | Things to check: - Have you already provided microphone permission?
- On Chrome - click the lock icon in the URL bar
- On Firefox - there is usually a microphone icon
- Try on a different browser - Chrome and Firefox work best
- Do you have a microphone plugged in?
- A way to check this is open up another recording app and see if it is able to hear you
- Have you selected the right microphone?
- If you have more than one microphone available, make sure to select the one you the one you want

Why are there lock icons next to "Pronouns", "Profile Picture" etc. | The lock icons indicate that the feature is locked until you upgrade to Professional or Corporate versions. The Basic profile only allows for name recording and phonetic spellings.
